So, there are plenty of vacancies specially for the juniors. Because they know that it is hard for them to score a foreign job because of the lack of experience and hope that they will be working for them for sometime.And one more thing, Just because the JD says that the job candidate need to have a completed degree, don't avoid applying to them. If they think you'd be a fit, they'll still call you no matter what the JD says. Companies are also desperate these days due to brain drain.</blockquote>
