Chose the E430 instead of the E1200 because they both have the same amount of cache and I'm pretty sure you can OC the E430 much more than it's stock speeds.The Gigabyte board has WAY more features than the Foxconn or Intel (lol) and I'm pretty sure you'll come to love it.
