( 17 to 28 counters )5.then you go to cashier counter (31 to 35 ) show your number recipe and other form, pay money, take recipe. 6.go to building B (near front gate). wait 2hours while they get licence and announce your name. ( I had to wait 2h 30mins )7.produce your payment recipe and collect your license.If you want to change address = you need grama sewa reportextend date = medical reportTotal cost was 2200 ( one day service )Hope this help to others. go early as possible ( i went 8.30AM pay money 11.30AM out 2.30PM )</blockquote>
