Machan Lost My Driving Licence. aluth ekak ganna Monawada one document ? Help

Licence eka gaththa machan. mage license eka thawa awrudu 2k thiyena nisa mata Id ekai, police report ekai witharai one une.
File police report ( take pen, A4 paper and few change money coz i had to write letter to OIC to get copy and pay Rs 25 )
1.Go to H building get number recipe
2.Wait same area till they call your number
3.after few minutes they call your number and guide you to a counter where they take photo / finger print / signature ect. and give you recipe ( you need to show id and police report )
4.then again they will guide you to another counter where they check and scan your documents and signature. ( 17 to 28 counters )
5.then you go to cashier counter (31 to 35 ) show your number recipe and other form, pay money, take recipe.
6.go to building B (near front gate). wait 2hours while they get licence and announce your name. ( I had to wait 2h 30mins )
7.produce your payment recipe and collect your license.
If you want to
change address = you need grama sewa report
extend date = medical report
Total cost was 2200 ( one day service )
