this isnt a black/white issue ne?
there are more reasons for marriages staying together. like commitment n responsibilty, personal choices etc.
in most cases, ppl in proposed marriages have more regard for the union of two families, instead of two individuals.
they are usually doing this for the sake of their families n future. a pragmatic choice. hence, e likehood of a divorce is less probable..
also, in e proposed marriage, things like money n stff are on parr ne? so the basis of possible arguments are less. cz most of the time, the couple are "compatible" in most aspects..
its nt a one size fits all kinda thing..
