    totally possible

cab duwanna Prius / Axio lot of do this same things

cab duwanna car ekakta 5000Km nothing, rent ekata kaling eka dila thibanam ithin aba saranayi

    100% dannada nisa kiyannee

But what are the odds, I mean both these vehicles even have original factory tyres those cars came with... that means same serial no on all 4 tyres. If these cars were used as taxis tyres should've been changed at least once in 8 years - since the manufactured date is stamped on each tyre that would be a dead giveaway

if it brand new from Toyota Lanka and have maintain recode then I believe it have genuine milage only if original owner have the vehicle :D

when it come to cab seen this done by drivers and rent a car guys not by owners themself

how do you confirm that original factory tyres with serial numbers are from factory fit or after market fit

I will say that anyone buying recon japan vehicle from car sales , 99% time they are come with fake milage, then owner goes to Toyota lanka does not mean they are genuine.

Err, the manufactured date of the tyre? It should match the year the car was manufactured. If a 2010 car has a tyre set that was manufactured in 2016 that means the tyres have been changed at least once - both Axios advertised here claim that they have original factory tyres

isnt it possible that you remove the original set when you buy it and keep it aside. use with new sets of tires. and when u want to sell, put the original set, adjust ODO :rofl:

1st ad Model year:2010 Company tires and new battery may be he saying pirelli types replace from toyota lanka

2nd ad " Still Original Tyre set came from japan " it does not mean that fit from factory Model year:2010 nisa enam 2009~2010 wage MFD thiyanna Tyre set ekak thiyanna one, 9~10 years nisa Tyre eka kambi kadila derala athi :D

kohomada ban oken dan kiyane genuine mileage kiyala, eham call karala ahahanna one denagenma MFD kawadda kiyala Tyre wala and brand eka mokakda kiyala :D

If it doesn't have 2010 tyres still on it then it's not possible to assume the mileage owner has claimed is genuine that way

Tyres don't disintegrate in the way you've said in 9~10 years - the rubber loses its pliability and gets hard resulting in visible cracks on the sidewall - that's about the worst that could happen to a 10 year old mostly unused tyre. If the advertised car still has tyres manufactured in 2010 with little wear the car couldn't have been used as a taxi - if it was used as a taxi the tyres would've been turned to slicks by now :D

Nah I've seen older tyres being used on cars with no problems, however it would be best for the next owner to change the tyres especially if he plans to drive this car on the highway...

Nevertheless - my point stands. If the car still has 2010 tyres on it it couldn't have been used as a Taxi so the claimed mileage actually could be true
