    Forgot to mention, you would also get some company shares along with salary.

    Also worth to consider the company potion for ETF/EPF (20%). It will be a huge amount since the entire salary is a basic.

    yeah, I'm not from LSEG mchn, but few of my batch mates work there for years. So I know the details.

    AFAIK, they haven't started paying in foreign currencies yet. Also, AFAIK it's against the SL labor law to pay the full salary in USD if the company registration is in SL.

    However, the companies who pegged their salaries are paying the pegged portion in USD (while the basic is still in LKR).

    And few famous IT companies have re-registered themselves in Port City and started paying the full salary in USD. The startups who doesn't have any SL registration, already paying full salary in USD.
