LTTE cannot be destroyed militarily. But by military methods they can crush LTTE. After that LTTE and GOSL have to negotiate a peace process...

So after crushing or breaking LTTE, the negotiations has to be condition less and on our table.

That's the only viable solution I can think of to solve this damn conflict.
