Not as a Network Admin but as a InfoSec professional I know MS keep on updating and releasing security patches. hence people rarely can hack into Vista machines. People isn't interested in hacking into OS X the much that people like to hack Windows. That's a common fact. Because the benefit is less. What will I get if I hack into your OS X machine? More effort = more success rate. Anyway again.. OS is not the place where you get exploits most of the time. They're on the applications installed.
