Need to have Office 2007. This is the MS Release. Really a useful one.

u can do it in office 2007/2010. only thing u have to do is DL the patch for Microsoft site

Try to use Bullzip PDF. this work as Printer. so yuou can use this to convert web pages to PDF as well. and it's free.
