Most of time, recruiters publish the same job post in monster and linkedin too if it allows for foriengner to work.

the particular job is on linkedin. apparantly, only way to apply that job is through the following website which ultimately requires Singpass login ....

So machan if any Singa Job requires Singpass login, it means that particular job is not open for foreigners who are residing outside the country ?

Just ignore those jobs because you cannot apply for them unless you have a Singpass (means you should have Singapore residency)

And there should be plenty of jobs which don't require you to login with Singpass. Search them

yes once you have a working visa as a foreigner you can get access to Singpass. So you can apply after that

But that is not 100% guaranteed. There are some job openings which are exclusively available to Singapore PR or Citizens (mostly by companies who dont want to issue Employment Pass visa to their recruits).
Aside from that, Any job opening for which a foreigner may be hired , needs to be advertised for 14 days on a job posting site, and the company should prove there were no Singaporean PR/Citizen candidates suitable for the position during this period (hence the justification to bring foreign talent).

That said, you can apply and get a job in SG if you are qualified and have enough experience.
