Taxes should be applies, agreed
but Taxes should be applied ONLY for Country's needs,
to use for SL's development etc;
but your GREAT Mahinda King earn a lot from Taxes because he has a huge amount of Cabinet/Non cabinet minister panel to nourish

Agree, massive cabinet created by stupid J.R back then & if he wants scrap it he need s huge support from UNP & slack a*s JVP idiots which is unlikely to happen, btw all these taxes ultimately help to defeat LTTE , we all know that out forces need resources in order to kick the LTTE as*es from north!!
