Looks like a baseless prediction.  Usually the prediction methods in mathematics use a model, linear , logarithmic, exponention, and the order means the order of the polynomial equation you use to predict the future. If you say you use the nth order, you should say what the value of n is and what is the equation you used with relevant co-efficients. nth order is meaningless without a value for n being given. Besides If someone uses these models to predict the outcome of an election, he/she should examine his/her brain first.</p></blockquote><p></p>
