Please help me to do a market research on php software development. We are going to form a new business unit within the company and need to acquire php software developers for an upcoming project. What would be the salary scale of a Senior php Developer who has the sound knowledge in mysql and what would be the salary range for Junior php developer? for the senior developer 5 years experience would be fine.
Please help me to go through this since this is new to me and I'm stuck in the budgeting proposal.
