There are number of IT top up programs at institutions like ICBT, Esoft etc..which are affiliated with UK universities. Once you have done with that, the transcript will show that the program is done in English. I did the same thing with ICBT. You can apply to Sweden or any other EU country without IELTS. Doing BIT is also a good option, but it will take so much of time. If you're doing BIT you have to make sure you pass every module right on time. If not, repeat the subjects one year later, which, in my opinion, is a waste of time. If your plan is to get out from SL doing a topup is the best option. Time is more important.
