Take a look a this news, i got it from government gazette. Maybe you have heard it, maybe you have not. but this can't be hoax for sure. I heard this but never found any legitimate source until today so i thought id share it with rest of the riders in sri lanka.

I think accidents will be lesser because most of the high quality motorcycles now days produced are either 250cc or higher. So rather than riding unreliable stuff from china etc. People will go ahead on buying more better bikes.

Yeah but what you say is in a way true, When people are given power they act like real idiots. For example, see the stuff happening in highway. 100KMPH and go hit on a rock mountain and kaboom. can't help it though, that's how shit happens here in this island. (SADLY).
