What is your budget?? if it is 70k-80k i recommend you a ACER because it is cheap and worth for the price.
Since this laptop(your referral) id 1 MB cache and a dual core processor you will realise lots of performance bottlenecks

I dont recommend this laptop.

If you need any help jst pm me i think i ll be able to help you in this matter.As i am also looking for a new laptop and keep in touch with the prices :)

    Give reasons. I have been working with almost all the laptop brands.And my first laptop is a ACER one.at that time it is celeron 1.6GHZ and still works and i even use it for video editing with no prob(primeir and sony vegas) and even for progrmming(Vs studio and Netbeans)

    my father got an acer and its network card failed just after one week! how does that add up to reliability!:P battery life is so low, cant even watch a 2 hour film in it! (but this is not using any power saving options!)

    but My HP laptop gives me about 3.5~4 h of battery life!(this is also with out any power saving options turned on.) and until now now problem wat so ever! :)

    That laptop is not bad, it has an entry level Intel dual core CPU, but, for normal computing needs (i.e : word processing, internet, music and movies) it is good enough.
    But you have to upgrade RAM. 1GB is not enough :no:. Then again, RAM is very cheap these days, order from eBay and upgrade yourself, no need to pay those guys for it.
