Mendis is future of Sri Lankan cricket: Murali

As Ranil Abenayake said after the Presentation;
1) Murali joined the team when Sri Lanka was in a bad position..but now The Sri Lankan team has a better standard and one of the best cricketing teams.
2) Murali didint have much of a support when he was bowling to keep the momentum going on, but now Mendis has a the worlds leading wicket taker to bowl with which eases a lot of pressure.
3) Those days there was not much of domestic cricket played in the country, but now there are loads of matches beign played in the domestic level. So Mendis has played a lot of domestic cricket before entering to the national team while murali diidnt have so much of oppurtunities those days..!!
Therefore Mendis is better than murali when comparing the starts of the careers
