Sri Lanka's Ajantha Mendis is eagerly anticipating bowling to India's much-vaunted batting line-up when the three-Test series begins next week.
The spinner took six for 13 in eight overs to run through India in the final of the Asia Cup in Karachi earlier this month.
Mendis is now relishing the chance to tackle Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman in the longer form of the game.
The 23-year-old, who is poised to make his Test debut when the first match of the series begins in Colombo on July 23, revealed he has a plan for each member of the 'Fab Four'.
"Playing the Indians will be my biggest test so far," said Mendis, who is particularly looking forward to playing against Tendulkar.
"The four legends can destroy any attack with ease, but I have a plan for each of them.
"I'm particularly looking forward to bowling to Tendulkar who is supposed to be the best player of spin in the world today.
"Hopefully it would be a great learning experience. My style of bowling won't change much."
Mendis played down reports which talked of him upstaging Muttiah Muralitharan, Sri Lanka's most successful bowler and the second highest wicket-taker in the world after Shane Warne.
"It is an honour to bowl alongside Murali," Mendis said.
"He is my hero and I'm looking forward to playing with him.
"He had taught me how to be a tough cricketer."
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka's wicket-keeper batsman Kumar Sangakkara said it was crucial to get Tendulkar out early.
"He is too good," said Sangakkara. "We know for sure that he is going to come hard at us at some point in the series and our bowlers will have to get him early.
"Sachin's wicket is a prized possession.
"I know it's not going to be easy but we have to hit the right areas to apply constant pressure on the Indians."
