i can feel his frustrations. I have a friend who is a very calm guy and he changed a lot after going to work as a nurse. specailly if they are dementia patients. and some patients are really wild.

not justifying his killing just saying that it can be really stressful. and you cant even touch them in a wrong way that is monitored in CCTV. there are also time schedules that need to be achieved.
