This is a real joke which government done recently to cover up the SLFP’s main actors junk works.
There are some videos clearly showing that he’s instructing to another guy to tie Samurdi officer and finally saying don’t tight too much.
After investigations happened from SLFP committee they have cleared him from all the allegations saying it was purposely done by that officer.
So what’s this joke…… Why still GOSL is covering him up? What’s the reason behind?
