1st cheapest is Upahara, Then Airtel...
But problem of Airtel is No coverage island wide and some locations signal dropping we cant make call, Some times shows full signal and sometimes no signal. Those are the failures of Airtel. Other thing Airtel is fully own to india, So no need to pay our money to outside ..( Dialog also Same)
