Amongst fellow artists paying tribute to him are Whitney Houston, Usher, James Ingram, Destiny's Child, Liza Minnelli and many others. He also reunites on stage with his brothers for the first time since 1984.
The shows sold out in five hours. Ticket prices were pop's most expensive ever; the best seats cost $5,000 and included a dinner with Michael Jackson and a signed poster.
The cheapest seats cost $1600, which included just a dinner following the concert. Jackson reportedly earned $7.5 million for each of the two concerts, which is over $150,000 per minute.
