Since they will replace the entire front bumper.. which includes the lights, fittings, etc etc.Best advice is to get a local chap to fix up the thing... it will cost you around 5- 6k if the fiber molding is not broken from inside.... If it is cracked, then it will cost you around 10 k to get a new molding. However, for the painting... buy the paint directly from the company .. which WILL COST you a lot.. and give to someone who has a paint booth. There is a significant difference between a paint booth job and a normal out-air paint job.
