Microsoft Office 2010 Error Please help!

Machan i have "Microsoft office 2010" i open word and other software in it. It show its a "Technical preview" that mean i use "Beta Version"?

I try to add "screen shot" using imagebin.org but i can't add it Elakiri, so please visit this URL http://imagebin.org/113236
