I can't. It's a torrent, and from a private community. I can't give you my password, can I? :sorry:

But the difference could be just a couple of updates, which you "should" be able to get from Windows Update.

You know what? You can make your own XP CD with November updates. You need,
1. Windows XP original CD + XP SP2 setup or Windows XP with integrated SP2
2. nLite (get it from here) - you need .NET Framework 2.0 to run this
3. Ryan's XP November Update Pack (get it from here)

Steps:
1. Extract the whole XP CD to a folder on your hard drive
2. Install and load nLite
3. Select the folder where you extracted the XP files
4. Select options: Service Packs, Updates, Create ISO (or any other applicable - but you have to be a bit experienced to remove components)
5. Process the steps and burn the resulting ISO to a CD/CDRW/DVDRW
