Migrate to Australia with BCS Qualifications

Hi Guys,
I'm new to this site.. Do you guys know, to which group does BCS PGD in IT qualification falls in ACS skills assessment? (with work exp. as a software engineer for 4 years)

Visit BCS.org web Site and search for exceptions list or there is a BCS office in Sri lanka call it, In BCS site there is exception list

This has nothing to do with exceptions. Exceptions are for people who wish to join to BCS path with other qualifications ( eg. NIBM ).
I have issue with ACS skills assessment.
I'm wondering any one who is using this forum, has good IT background and migrate to Australia (specially with BCS Qualifications).
