Residents say the company informed them in writing that a sum of Rs. 168,060 had to be spent monthly to maintain the housing scheme. It claimed the company would continue to maintain the scheme on a no profit no loss basis until a management company with controlling power was vested with the residents. They say the scheme never got off the ground They also alleged that the company had bought over some of the residents who were working hand in glove with the company.
