No it is Not Mentioned in QUran if it is a religious aspect then it would have cleary stated in Quran, but No where it is stated,Stoning was practiced in era of Judism and Christianity(both religions birth place is Palastine in mid east), it is merely a Cultural aspect of that perticular region, and also out of 1.5billion muslims around the world only 250million live in mid east out of that around 10to15% are not muslims(Coptic christians,Jews and other Pagan religions), So none cant trap Islam in to one region since majority of Muslims live out of Mid east, Look I am not mentioning thire is no weaknesses in Mid East, Inshallah Ijtihad(a concept of free thinking) is brought back to the main frame of Islam, In order to find solutions for this,
and bro Irrespective of the religion many countries face many problems from fanatics and Criminals, it is realy sad to see even young School girls get raped & murdered in Sri Lanka, Does this people who do this acts represent Lanka? I think NO, since I too get ashamed when I see this Acts as a Lankan,Today even some politicians who sit in seats are criminals,Due to Alchohol consumtion how many Innocent houewifes get abused,how many youth go astray, So as people live in this eath we should look this matters in Unbaised ways and strive to make this place a better place for the peaceful lot,
And brother About vedios in You tube, If you want I can show crimes done by christian countries, but I just dont what to bash or Insult other religions,since I know many Christian friends around the Globe who are pious,and thire is a Christian missionary group who keeps insulting other religions specialy Islam since it is spreading realy fast on thire countries,So it is up to the public to buy thire info and spread hatred among public or not to,
