1. Format your Micro SD card (512mb minimum) FAT32 from your PC (XP/VISTA)
2. download this two files

http://www.mobilefixed.com/shop/dow...HTC/Flash_Files/HERM-Tytn/&file=HERM_SSPL.rar

2a.Copy HERMIMG.nbf and SSPL_HERM.exe to the SD card
3.Plug your phone to the charger romove sim card
4. turn on your phone and insert the Memory card and RUN SSPL_HERM.exe on your device. press yes to confirm the unsigned application
5. watch the phn goes to tri color screen and after few second msg saying loading.
6. read the instruction on the phn screen and press power button to do the radio upgrade


when you complete this process reply me back
i will give you the unlocker and new Windows mobile 6.1 world wide english to change your language
