Mobitel network Key

I have an alcatel phone bought from dialog. Recently I purchased a Mobitel smart 5 prepaid SIM and when I insert this SIM and switch on the phone it prompts for a network key. Can someone help me out here?

The entry allows entering around 17 digits

Machan yes i'm not much of a phone expert. Just use it only for the basic need. Its actually a friend of mine. We put the new Mobitel SIM and it asked for this network key. I know its a alcatel need to ask him whats the exact number is?

You will have to go any Dialog Branch or Dialog Arcade & proceed your phone.They will unlock the phone free of charge.(The problem is in the late past; every network operaters sold thier phones with network lock & that phone can not use by other networks.now you can unlock it without paying from Dialog Branch)

I am not so sure about calculating codes for alcatel
Here is a free software to unlock your Alcatel phone. you must have the serial cable to plug ur phone to PC. i will keep searching for the code calculator if its realy exist .
