MOBITEL prepaid n Upahara pakage is stil Better than any other networks,even than newly come Airtel..!!!!
Mobitel prepaid/Upahara has lowest GPRS rates too..0.01 rupee per kb.That means 50% cheaper than Dialog postpaid/prepaid GPRS charges..!!!
U will never feel the truth of that,if u didnt download big amount of data..
For example.,you have to pay 20 rupees + 5.60/= (vat), if u download 1 Mb from Dialog postpaid/prepaid connection.But if u ar a Mobitel user,u have 2 pay only 10 rupees + 2.80/= (vat)..Itiri Rs. 12.80 walin kellata sms 20 k yawanna puluwan,if u activate My Best Friend feature.If u are using Upahara,M2M sms is only 25 cents.....So isn't it good,guys??
Also Mobitel 3G coverage is superb than any other network,even than Dialog.....No network breakdowns..Though you get Dialog GPRS signals,in most of the time,you can't connect to web,because their servers are busy...Sometimes you have to wait more than 1 minute to download 10 kb..!!! Guys,u will realy know whethr is it true,if u are using a Dialog sim....
Guys,i will tell another important thing that most of people don't know..
One of my friends got a brand new phone n he put Dialog sim into it...He charged his phone fully n kept that standby...2nd day,he found that, his phone shows "low battery" message on screen....He was confused,because atleast it should have 4 day standby time...He went 2 the phone shop n askd abt that..But there were no fault..Then he changed battery ,but got same results...Anyway after 3 weeks,he found the reason for that..The reason is poor signal strength...So he changed sim to Mobitel n now its totally ok...Because Mobitel transmit powerful GSM signals..Guys,u can simply check it out.If u have Dialog n Mobitel sim,put them into 2 phones n at the same time,check which one has more signals...And decide whethr u let your phone battery to die soon or keep it more hours alive and make its life time longer...
Though Dialog tell their 3G coverage is the best,it is realy a joke..Guys,mama kiyanna one na,u can find it,if u travel downsouth or uphills for the vacation...You wil hardly get signals if you use Dialog.But comparing with it,Mobitel has even 3G/Edge coverage in most cities n even rural areas....I say this,because i have tested it practically, by using both Dialog n Mobitel sim...You can also find it,whethr am i telling truth..
Recently Mobitel introduced incoming free packege for prepaid users also.U can activate it by simply dialling #111#. It is Totally FREE...!!! But Dialog charged 500 rupees from their customers to do the same.That is the differance of Dialog n Mobitel.So if u are rich enough to spend money uselessly,and to make that Malaysian company rich,just use Dialog....
So guys i think anyone can understand who has the allround LOWEST charges in sri lanka..
