as you aware of the new TRC tarrif rates ..u can mind that those features cannot be continued for new pkgs..so in this pkg.. specially GPRS & and sms rates have changed.. call charges are cannot be deducted due to the TRC new regulation..

no..some are realy using for sms , few are using for GPRS(not for high capacity ), and most of ppls are using for instant chat.. (ex. i will arrived at 2.00 pm.be ready like that ) so can you say that they dont have a advantage on this pkg ?..
btw according to new tarrif plan every network have change their charges...if you realy want advantage on mobitel new tarrif plan just compare the mobitel rates with others. then you can feel...

other than the reduced SMS price, there' no advantage for those who takes voice calls as the rates are the same in the old packages and the new ones.
old package users atleast get the loyalty discounts and long call discounts.

BTW, this is true for all networks. Not just mobitel.
