Why didn't he tell the president when he was a powerful minister?
These are just jokes
The government should develop public transport in Sri Lanka and it should be a policy irrespective of the government because our population density is high. This was the best opportunity to do that. 0.1% interest rate, 10-year grace period? How can someone with a brain cancel this?
And not only this, there was a project to transport garbage to landfills using trains, Electrification of the Kelani valley line. What happened to all those projects?
