Monitor goes off when playing games ?

This is my Desktop

Intel Core i7 4790
Galax GTX 970 4GB EXOC Black Edition
Gigabyte H97M - D3H M/B
8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3 Memory
1TB HDD + 120GB San Disk SSD​

Recently I was Playing Far Cry 5 and my monitor suddenly goes off. I know surely there is no any issue on my monitor. Because when I restart my computer it goes fine. But once again I try to play Far Cry 5 or any other recent games monitor goes off few minutes after playing. I think it is cause because of my cheap Power Supply Unit. I got GameMax GE500 Power Supply.

Is it because of that PSU ?
And what is the Recommended Power Supply for my Desktop ?​

එතකොටත් ඔය අවුල එනවා නම් VGA එකේ හරි PSU එකේ කියලා හිතන්න පුලුවන්. එතකොට එන්නෙ නැත්නම් ගේම් එකේ අවුලක් වෙන්නත් පුලුවන් (සල්ලි දීලද ගත්තේ ක්‍රැක් කරපු ගේම් එකක්ද?)
