In Sri Lanka I've seen many people having problems with starting there motor bikes in the morning. Some bikes like in mine have the choke in the carburetor itself so you have reach down under the bike to use the choke. This choke process is a real inconvenience because after pulling the choke I have to clean my hands as well.
The garages I visited told me that it is because the petrol has been closed so they opened it but still the next morning the bike was not starting. What I then did was I closed the petrol again and raised the idle screw.
Here is the logic. Closing petrol means more oxygen less fuel = stronger explosion. And when I raised the idle the engine picks up and doesn't miss and even if it does the idle is enough to compensate for the miss.
So now my 48cc bike starts without choke in the morning even when its really cold. But remember to wait at least 60 seconds for the engine to heat up before applying load or the engine will just stop.
My Kinetic Safari 4S does 65Km a liter!! (5km's more than what it should give). And start like a baby in the morning
And I forgot to say. NEVER turn off you engine AFTER a sudden acceleration! Let the engine idle for 10 seconds before turning it off for a easy morning start.
Summary
1. Close Petrol and Raise idle in carburetor
2. Wait 60 seconds after starting before applying any load
3. Allow the engine to idle for at least 10 seconds before turning off
