    ABIT IN9 32X-MAX 680i-SLI Motherboard

    Introduction:
Things have been so good as of late with the latest Intel processors that it brings back old school memories of the NForce 2 days when motherboards were reaching what was then considered excellent overclocking records. Such milestones were set with the birth of the CCFL neon lights, LED Fans, and heat spreaders on memory sticks. Quake 3 was one of the pinnacle of first person shooter games and modding your case was the talk of the town. It was all about draining everything you could out of your game machine to get any edge over your opponent while showing off your system inside your case. The state of computer affairs have progressed so much that anyone can find a pre-modified case or component for cheap. There are still some elites continuing the shadow art who still appreciate good games on great gaming systems that have the perfect modified theme.

All the big names in the motherboard sector have been on fire in this regard these past few months with platforms reaching uncharted territory in performance and features. Some are very basic motherboards while others are completely decked out in the latest of mod ideas with lights, colored heat sinks, and lot's of polished cooling. ABIT is one of the largest manufacturers of these kinds of motherboards starting with the Fatality 590-SLI series carrying over to the AW9D-MAX with its LEDs. And now, there is the awesome looking IN9 32X-MAX 680i SLI Motherboard.

As performance champions go, the 965X has had more success in the overclocking and price to performance area for many makers. Some 975X motherboards like the AW9D-MAX, have helped in regaining and setting some very good overclocking records among the enthusiasts the past few months. Half of the credit goes to ABIT's ability to release better and better BIOS revisions while the other half goes to the electronics quality. At some point though, a BIOS begins to out pace the motherboard, so it becomes necessary to update revision or chipset based motherboard. I'd like to thank ABIT for sending us one of their newest motherboards that comes prepared for speed and ready to show off in any windowed computer enclosure. So, what does their IN9 32X-MAX 680i SLI Motherboard have to offer besides good looks and frame rates? You'll just have to read on.

    Features
This is a feature rich motherboard offering up just about everything you could want in the latest platform. This board offers plenty of SATA, eSATA (external SATA), USB, and true SLI graphics support. And of course, the motherboard supports 1333MHz FSB frequencies. This is going to come in useful with faster future Intel cores. It's hard to believe that they have something even better than their proven dual core king, the Core 2 Duo . But, apparently there isn't such a thing as enough power for some users. There is nothing greater than a crazy fast processor with hidden potential under the hood!

    Presentation

    Nice
