Plot:Megan has a dream of going to Juilliard and becoming a dancer. While she is performing at her dance audition, her mother is tragically killed in an auto accident. On her way to Vegas, a young woman is diverted from her path in search of gasoline. To her relief, she finally happens upon a station in a town seemingly out in the middle of nowhere. She soon discovers the pumps are empty, and the town is completely abandoned with the exception of one man... the caretaker. The caretaker informs her that there is no gas or phone, but she is welcomed to stay in the deserted motel until his boss arrives the next day. Uncomfortable with the offer, the woman decides to take her chances & search for help elsewhere. However, she realizes that her wallet and keys are missing. She is convinced that the caretaker is responsible, but he denies any wrong doing. Forced to stay the night, the woman tries to make herself comfortable in one of the derelict motel rooms. As the night deepens, the woman is awakened from a fitful sleep by an intruder. The frightened woman is able to conceal herself in the darkness until the unseen figure abruptly disappears. She is certain that the caretaker is after her, so she hides in another empty building to await daybreak in hopes she can save herself.
