MP3 player firmware HELP!!

my mp3 player returns an error when i try to play a song its "disk error"
dis occurd aftr i was copin sum files to it; sum program named "isass.exe" got stuck so i end prcessd it, den aftr i tried to play a song da error came up... i formated it several times but aftr formatin n ejectin da error appears again i think dat da firmware is damaged[may b]

pls post da link to dose firmware programs coz i really need to fix dat playa up
i want the common firmware used for players u knw; it has video [amv] support but it wont mattr if the new firmware dusnt support dat...jst wanna listen to musiq nyway pls HELP!!

I think its lsass.exe neda?

huwever its not good to end process it (system process ne) and mormally it cannot be end processed ne?

I think the prob is not with your player soft, it may be a hardware prob (like the static cells have corrupted so it cant find the start n end)

If its a branded 1 n service is available in Sl , you better show it to profs.

else to a gud wel experianced mobile 4n reparing shop (they know those probs)
