But, If you don't have an intention to migrate or if  you're pretty sure about that you won't change your mind set of staying in Sri Lanka, go for a government university for the MSc .. but, as you climb up the qualification ladder it's best to have a foreign qualification than a Sri Lankan qualification as there's no enough quality teaching available in SL ... for degrees it's best to go for SL degrees than private stuff. But when it comes to postgraduate stuff, nothing can beat the foreign university education. I got my degree a very long time ago from a SL university. So, I know the situation better than anyone else ... ICBT degree නම් ටිකක් අව්ල් කියල මම දන්නව, මොකද මගෙ ගෝලයෙක් (පොඩි කෙල්ලෙක්) මොරටුවෙ කැම්පස් එකේ first class එකක් එක්ක පාස්අවුට් උනා .. එයා ICBT එකේ ඩිග්රි ලෙක්චරින් කලා ... මම ඇහුව හොඳට උගන්නවද එයාලට කියල ... මෙයා කිව්ව "මොන පිස්සුද , හොඳට තේරෙන පාඩමුත් අමාරු කරල කියල දෙනව" කිව්ව ... ඉතින් ඒකයි සෑහෙන ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියෙනව රජයේ කැම්පස් ළමයි සහ ප්‍රයිවට් අය අතර .. ගොඩක්ම ඉතින් රජයේ කැම්පස් අය කුහකයි, හැමෝම නෙමෙයි ... උගනන්න ගියා නම් ඒ ළමයින්ට උගන්නන්න ඕනෙ,... ICBT එකේ කැම්පස් පාස්අවුට් වෙච්ච අය ලෙක්චරස් ල විදිහට ගන්නව .. ඒක නිසා ඩිග්රි පොඩ්ඩක් අව්ල් ... ඒත් MSc ඒව ගොඩක් කරන්නෙ සුද්දො එහෙම ඇවිල්ල ඒක නිසා MSc අව්ලක් නෑ ... ඔයා කරනව නම් ඒවල ලේක්චරර්ස් ල කව්ද කියල හොයල බලන්න .. නැත්තන් ඔයාගෙ පහල බැච් එකේ පොඩි කොල්ලෙක්ගෙන් හෝ කෙල්ලෙක්ගෙන් බොරු බේගල් ඉගෙන ගන්නයි වෙන්නෙ <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" /></blockquote>
