( Cardio puts your body into a catabolic state! which means that your gonna lose muscle)</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px">4. Get enough proteins. (They are the building blocks of you body! try to get at least {1.5 x your body weight in kgs} grams of protein each day.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px">5. Eat enough calories for growth. (Eat between 300-500 extra calories than your current maintenance calories...Don't over do it though! Get plenty of rest!
