After that, helicopters used come and land, and take off from that helipad with a deafening noise. But it only lasted few days or weeks, because (to my knowledge) neighbours  complain to the authorities about this noise, and he only allow to come in and go out once a day.                                      So before you buy a helicopter buy a land (at least 20-30 acres)  big enough to prevent such complains from your neighbours.                                     By the way there is a chain of shops called THE REJECT SHOP in Australia, and they have full functional helicopters on special these days in their catalogue for AU$19.99.
