My laptop gets shut down

all of a sudden my lap shuts down in da middle of working not giving me any sign of. Anybody knows,,,, a specific reason. I am having ZoneAlarm too.

may be your laptop is getting hot due to some blockage of the FAN and HEAT SINK area, check the vent area is covered with dust. you might need to open the cover and chk them properly.

i guess this is 100% hardware fault

do u get bluescreen and shutdown??
if so u might need to change the HDD

else the battery problem... Cant think of any other cause...

the worst it can be is having to change the motherboard which is very expencive. hope your trouble is not that serious
