Let me provide you with some constructive criticism.

1. Awful design..
2. There is no primary focus on the site (does it share any useful information, is it just a community to talk about things, what is the site's purpose)
3. No useful substance (other than ads, there is nothing useful I see there)
4. Front page is more or less a huge ad



I mean common, why would anyone bother signing up for a website like that or let alone visit it again. Provide substance, and then only people will come.

First of all, you must provide some starting information or something (something different from what everyone else is offering) that will snow ball in to more information, and more user interaction. All you have now is just a CMS installed on a really crappy domain name. Honestly, since you don't seem to getting the point, in which case just give up, it will save you a lot of time
