Hey, good theme and design but there are a few things that really bothers me...

• Intro page (that says the resolution and you need flash)... this is really cliché and lame, it's a pointless step you give your visitors. Just have alternative for the flash embed tag that points them to go get flash player if it's not available.
• Link to the 8th candy is broken
• Considering this is your professional site.. don't include things like age, single, etc

Unless you have some super cool effects or magic you want to show off that you can't do with css/html, don't use flash. It's harder to navigate, your site won't get crawled by search engines as much, and for you as the developer it's not the easiest to update (it's quick, but editing a html file would be even faster).

You have a good eye for design, keep it up.
