What's the server for (web/mail server? file server? computational server?) How much processing power do you really need? (go for the lowest)How much Storage do you need? (can you get rid of those hard drives and install a single one). Also you try taking off two of the fans, (just have one for the hdd, and one for CPU) hoping the PSU already has one. Underclock the CPU if your motherboard allows it, and also enable the hard drive's to sleep when they are idle. This will shave off a few, but won't make a huge difference.</blockquote>
