My torrents are SO SLOW !! Help me !!

Im using a 1mbps broadband connection..
and both utorrent &vuze..
My torrents down speed never goes up thane 2kbps

but my direct download rate hits around 120kbps
ma virus gard is AVG full and i turned off ma firewall...

Machanla..ai mage torrents slow?? mokada karanna ona ??
Pls help me

is this true for all torrents? as in have u checked the number of seeders n leechers of each torrent?

Bro do not turn off your firewall unless you have hardware firewall in your router

do u have a router? or do u just use a modem to connect? if you use a router, you may want to do "portforwarding"
if you get the "green ball" or the green indicator at the bottom of the uttorrent, then it seems ur port is ok and accept incoming connection connections. but if you don't get the green ball and instead of it, u see some yellow sign at the bottom of the uttorrent window, u maybe need to spend some time with doing "portforward"

And did u gave a try after turning of the security softwares? ( firewall etc) if you get a good speed when you turn off the firewall, then you have to configure your firewall to allow the torrent client software. google with some related keyword such as "kaspersky firewall utorrent" to get info on how to put the torrent client software in the exeption list.

No machan..i dont have a hardwear firewal..
every torrent file i add is slow machan,nomatter howmany seeders it got.
and port is available machan...

What wil b da problem??
