( firewall etc) if you get a good speed when you turn off the firewall, then you have to configure your firewall to allow the torrent client software. google with some related keyword such as "kaspersky firewall utorrent"  to get info on how to put the torrent client software in the exeption list.find good torrents with good health.</blockquote>
