My website doesn't come up

Guyz please check this site in ADSL connections if you have

www.iccgsl.com

This site doesn't load in my area. But for other connections like Dialog n Mobitel. It comes fine. I have complained SLT also. they dont understand my problem . Please guys lemme know. If you have any suggestions. plz

Thanks bro. I have checked in many countries with proxies. All are working fine. I have problem only in SLT broadband connection. Am unable to publish it. It think ISP have some DNS problem. but they dont understand what i mean

Bro it is a problem with SLT dns servers. to confirm that change your dns config to Open DNS and recheck.I had the same problem with my site but after few weeks it is sorted out,
