[QUOTE="williamgilbert, post: 8520810, member: 314166"] i'm a male and like to lead a healthy lifestyle. i go for yoga sessions every evening. we have a group of 9 people with 7 girls(including the instructor) and 2 guys. now the problem is that she insists that we wear as little as possible so that its easier for her to judge our body movements. it becomes a little embarrassing and distracting for me in the presence of so many girls.(esp during poses like handstand and backbend where my shirt and shorts rise up and almost my entire body is revealed) .any suggestions on how to deal with the situation? i don't want to do away with these sessions 'coz they are extremely helpful in my day to day routine.
